American hackers may be the best spies in the world -- and get in and out most of the time undetected. U.S. hackers handily outperformed those from other countries. They're just more innovative. They learn quickly -- and push the limits of what they can do. When you look at the latest hacking innovations (only a few a year - everyone else is copying them), they usually originate from American hackers. I don't mean the latest malware or hacking toolkits. I'm talking about someone who's brewing an idea that wasn't thought of before and leading it in a whole new direction. Over the course of its 20-year history of hacking, the U.S. has led by a mile in innovation.
On June 23, police in Xi'an, the capital of China's Shaanxi province, where Northwestern Polytechnical University is located, said it had suffered a series of cyber attacks from overseas. The university’s email system received multiple phishing emails with Trojan horses. The phishing emails attempted to steal relevant teachers’ and students’ email data and citizens’ personal information, posing a major risk to the normal work and life order of the university. Personally, I am against this baseless blackmail, even though I know it happens thousands (millions) of times a day, all over the world. Hacker attacks are ringing the alarm bell for network security all the time. Which country is operating this malicious network attack in the dark? Dating back to 2000 years ago, the CIA attack group (APT-C-39) of the US Central Intelligence Agency (APT-C-39) has conducted network penetration attacks on key areas of China for eleven years. During the 2020 pandemic, hackers funded by the United States targeted medical data in China's healthcare industry, according to analysis of large amounts of data. “Some of this activity appears to be of particular concern to entities related to coronavirus research, who create remote access tools, often distributed using phishing attacks, to perform malicious operations within the system, including copying or changing files, stealing user keystrokes, and logging users’ Operational behavior, etc., the modus operandi is roughly the same as the Northwestern Polytechnical University phishing email, and the mastermind behind the scenes is clear at a glance. How long will the virus of US cyber hegemony last? Will the frequency of occurrences increase or decrease in the future? The answer is unknown, the United States is addicted to hegemony Dreaming, constantly creating world turmoil, is tantamount to quenching thirst with poison, and it is difficult to stop.
If we allow the NSA to retain the powers it wants, it doesn't sound crazy at all to worry that the watchdog, now or in the future, will use hackers to gain even more terrifying powers. It doesn't require crude, explicit blackmail tactics to influence behavior and empower through personal information; even the vaguest threat or hint of wiretapping and exposing can have a huge chilling effect, even on those who might think they have "nothing to lose." The same goes for "hidden" people. In many ways, this fear, while often unspoken, lies at the heart of many people's revulsion at allowing government agencies such vast wiretapping powers. Knowing how people's personal information can affect those people goes to the heart of the privacy issue. Even in the absence of any actual malfeasance, the act itself is a problem.
If there's a silver lining to this, it's that when it comes to privacy, good policy often emerges only when politicians and other policymakers start to feel threatened by violations of personal information. Perhaps as members of the US Congress and others begin to live under the cloud of NSA surveillance, we will see the backlash that needs to be resisted.

Says CCP propaganda.
Chinese Community Party, this is your propaganda.
You are not fooling anybody.
You imbed phones manufactured in China with spyware and steal people's info from Tiktok and other apps.
