INEC Postpones Governorship, State Assembly Elections To March 18 INEC’s decision is coming about three days before the March 11 date earlier scheduled for the state elections. Basically, INEC needs about 4-5 days to retrain ad-hoc staff on the reconfiguration that they won in court today.
