PDP and Obi plan was to hack into INEC server and change the results..
Your agents has the copy of the results right from the polling units, signed by them and announced by INEC. Any difference from what you have is is what you present in court as your evidence.
Common thieves and criminals.
The manual transmission is more secure than the Inec server

The way they hacked into INEC server to hack Rivers State Result ??
Challenge Rivers State result in court. But one thing I know is that when Wike wuru wuru favoured you and your party in the past, you had no problem then.
All your South East result that you cooked up too will be challenged. After all said and done, ObiFraud will be left with less votes.

Ole. You are not ashamed. You stole someone's mandate and you don't want him to complain. You didn't steal well because you finger print that you stole is everywhere. No hiding place for your party.

Why does ur pastor support nonsense? With over 400 billion budget, we should have had the best tech based election with super fast electionr result uploaded in real time. Something some African countries have achieved. Omo, them swear for Nigeria o. The way Nigerians support nonsense just to get political appointment beats my imagination.
Thank Godnes I am a tech guy, I dont need to ass lick politician to feed.

Electronic transmission is part of INEC published guideline for the 2023 election.

INEC official guideline states that results from PU where the results are not transmitted online, in real-time, will be nullified.

That's what PDP is going to court to enforce.

While LP is going to court to compell INEC to declare them winner from the results in the INEC server.

Different cases.

APC will not escape both cases.

APC has become the mouthpiece of INEC, only in Nigeria.
Sign of guilt.
If electronic transmission of results wasn't necessary, why spend all the money for analog system. Why verbally and in writing promise Nigerian that there was going to be online realtime transmission of results.

Life can be very interesting! We see times and times again how beneficiaries of a bad process fight tooth and nail to prove it was a good one only for tables to turn and they start a different song. I think INEC’s failure should be condemned by all concerned and the beneficiaries should be open to possible efforts of correcting it. Having a good process in place helps everyone regardless of where we find ourselves tomorrow.

I thought you guys are wise I never knew you guys are as daft as I could imagined.
Where have you seen a thief not caught in the act ever succumb that he was the one that stole?
Dele Alake, all this grandstanding is not needed go to the court and argue that one. You cannot hookwink people to submission because you're not a lawyer neither are you a judge and if you're one, you can never be the judge in your own case.
One thing you've refused to tell your gullible followers is that, INEC guidelines is as good as the electoral Act because it forma part of the election.
When you get to the hallow chamber of the court, you would know that delay in the transmission of results can cause substantial corruption of the results and that can be argue in relation to the votes declared at some polling units and the result declared by the INEC in conjunction with what was uploaded to IREVs.
We've been hearing how they fortified results in some states to favour certain party.
All this is unnecessary, go and explain yourself in court.
Can you explain what you're seen in these two poster?

If your candidate feel south east result was cooked, GO TO COURT!!

If this election was rerun free and fair, YOUR DRUG LORD WILL BE RETIRED.....

Do You think if the results was uploaded in realtime for everyone to see right from the polling unit we'd be having this argument?
Or you think INEC don't know what they're doing with all the silly excuses and lies they've been throwing around?

It's pathetic that people who appear to be learned can be so sentimental in their judgement.
If we get Nigeria working your generations will live to benefit from it.

Never seen a band of wicked souls antagonistic of development as massively congregated in the APC. Any wonder Nigeria have never made any progress in any strata of our national life under these idiots? Well, you have the answers;
It seem you don't get the gist. The law is not mandatory for electronic transmission. If you have anything contrary, pls present it instead of been sentimental. We are talking about law and nit your opinion.

They are partner in crime
Racoon:
A moral question is why would the APC-that called itself a progressive party and government be afraid or opposed to a simply democratic process of electioneering as electronic transmission of election results?

Why the irresistible urge to continue with the analogue system of voting when digital technology have made it easier? @ least our electronic banking and other ICT applications have made this possible? Why is the APC always fond of speaking on behalf of INEC?

And you call this education? Have you read the full act? And you think people are stupid enough just to go to court?
What are the BVAS machines for? Monumental purposes? Alake is a journalist and not a lawyer so I wonder how his interpretation is superior.
