When a person touches his/her own sexual organs to have pleasure which often results in an orgasm is often refered to as masturbation.

Masturbation may be done alone (sole masturbation) or with another person (mutual masturbation).

A lot of youths are into masturbation.

When a brother or a sister masturbate and still commit sexual sins it shows that he/she is still canal, a man cannot be born again and still be commiting all these sin. It means he/she is not dead to the flesh.

Mind you He /she might be speaking in tongues, they might be active in the church, being active means they can be worker and some ministers are not left out.

The Bible says in Romans 7: 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good.

Masturbation is a spirit. For those that have been addicted to masturbation, they will want to stop but they find it difficult because masturbation is a spirit and you need to stop that spirit before it stop you.

The Bible says in 1Thes 5: 21-22 Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil.

🔹You need JESUS.
🔹 You need the help of the Holy Spirit to overcome masturbation.
🔹You have to be determined that you want to stop masturbating. Your determination matters a lot.
🔹You need to be mindful and aware of your thoughts, triggers and actions as it pertains to Masturbation.
🔹You need to disassociate your self from people that masturbate. Bad company they say corrupt good manner.
🔹Stop watching pornography.
🔹Avoid being bored and alone in the house. Always occupy yourself and your mind with something good, something edifying. An empty mind is the devils work shop.
🔹Avoid spending much time in the bedroom.

Just get yourself occupied with activities that'll take all your thoughts away because this act often start when a child reaches puberty age as he/she first had the experience which is natural and enjoys it if care is not taken he/she will start to initiate the feeling by himself/herself.
Another factor is pornography, after watching the viewer starts feeling like being part of the show which is not possible so masturbation is the next thing.
