The Nigerian Airforce will not be happy about this. For years they've frustrated the successful take off of the Army Air Corp. Some Army pilots were initially trained at the international helicopter training school, Enugu but were not deployed because of the non availability of platforms.

You say BH terrorism has not been defeated? When was the last full scale BH attack anywhere? Or the last mass suicide bombing? Is it not the same BH that has removed their black uniforms and descended to stealing cows and kidnapping for ransom? Terrorism morphs and cannot be defeated solely by military means but certainly suicide bombing and mass attack on army formations is done. The reason for this is the degrading of their command and control structures and the wearing down of their logistic chain.
