He came to her and told her 2 open up. As he drove it into her, she felt a stab of pain. He asked"Does it hurt?". She said "No".
As he went deeper each time, tears trickled down her cheeks but she was very determined cos this was her first time.
Then he removed it and she realized she had lost it. My God! she just lost her tooth. grin
