State tax organization should be the ones in charge of collecting tax, that is their work, to bring in so called consultants is outrageous. Do the consultants have 2 heads? Why not train firs staff and give them the necessary softwares they need?. How can you pay eg court fines, land lease etc to a private organization that will then take a ie 20-30 commission before paying government? This is organized crime and daylight robbery in my opinion.
