1. As a member, House of Representatives (1999 – 2003) the only Constituency Project he attracted to Eha-Ohuala Central School Eha-Amufu, was abandoned without accounting for it.

The person who supplied the cement for the little job done is being owed up to this moment. GO AND VERIFY.

2.As a local government Chairman, he did not carry out any development project, neither did he develop the human capital of the youths and women of his LGA.

3.As a Commissioner for 7 years, he used his position to impose the leadership of his Mgbuji, Eha-Amufu community in spite of the people’s preference for election.

4.He used those he imposed on the people to sell the community trees and timbers running into several millions of naira, which are never accounted for.

5.He made himself the “treasurer” of the community, saving the proceeds of monies realized from the sale of Mgbuji community trees in his pockets instead of the community’s bank account. GO AND VERIFY.

6.Those he imposed on his community where he calls the shots, engaged in different acts of impunity like setting fire on rice farms belonging to Mgbuji indigent farmers, including widows.

He failed to call his men to order, up to this moment.

7.He snatched the land belonging to poor Umu Ugwu Nwebe Orube, from the same Omulor village in Mgbuji, and arrested some of them for daring to challenge his illegal acquisition.

8.Incessant arrest of any one who tried to tell him the truth. He will always tag them kidnappers, rapists, etc.

9.As the highest political office holder from his village, he never showed sympathy/empathy when terrorists herdsmen started killing his people, even up to the time they were sacked from their communities, and houses houses/other properties destroyed.

10.Unfortunately, as a lawyer and former parliamentarian, he is in league with those who are against his Mgbuji autonomous community having a constitution since it’s creation in 2002 by the government of Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani.
