The Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) has congratulated one of Nigeria's finest poets and literary scholars, Professor Niyi Osundare, as he marks his 76th birthday today, March 12, 2023.
In a press statement issued by the President of the Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW), Wole Adedoyin, described Prof. Niyi Osundare as an iconic figure in the Nigerian literary landscape, known for his unparalleled mastery of the English language, his unique poetic style, and his unwavering commitment to the growth and development of the literary arts in Nigeria and beyond.
