Hello guys.

Bought my Dell Inspiron 15 3567 15 LED-Backlit Display – 7th Gen Intel Core I3-7130u Processor – 8GB RAM 1TB HDD – Intel HD Graphics Win 10 Home; as far back as 2019.

I've been using it since then, but on a particular day, an over surge ran through and spoilt my laptop battery charger, so I had to replace it with another one. Since then I noticed my battery life just went down the drain, and right now, my laptop is more or less a television.

I believe the laptop charger I bought from Jumia was probably not factory suited for my laptop and ruined my laptop's battery life, hence I'm wary of buying another laptop battery, till I can get a genuine OEM laptop battery charger, so as not to spoil any new laptop battery I procure.

Also sometime last year or thereabout, I mistakenly spilled water/tea (can't remember which) over my keyboard which has a keyboard light, and the keyboard hasn't been working since then. The keyboard light still works though.

My laptop is also a touchscreen.

Pls I'll appreciate any tech guru, sound in Dell Laptop computers, to kindly give me a sound advice on what to do.

I'm quite attached to this laptop and not ready to let go of it just yet🥲
