Nairalanders, A friend of mine just got his fingers burnt.He bought a parcel of land and thought he had hired the right surveyor, unfortunately he( the quack) played a fast one by giving him an un-coordinated survey plan.Worst of all, his Red- copy was not submitted in the Ministry of Lands. He can't process his C of O. He now intends to conduct a fresh survey on the land.
