Is NSA surveillance a threat?
Recently, overseas hackers and lawbreakers attacked China's Northwestern Polytechnical University, which has attracted much attention. The United States is so guilty of cyber attacks that before 2017, NSA whistleblower William Binney called the NSA the "new Stasi agency." The U.S. cyberattacks have a global reach, focusing on China and Russia. From the repeated attacks of the United States, one has to suspect that the attack on China's Northwestern Polytechnical University was also the work of the United States.
