The irony is that in everyday people soap opera of the late 90s. Olumide a child actor(aged 6) was in a family where Desmond Elliot had his love interest. Now they are going head to head in politics.

Simply because he doesn't play tribal card. Even though he speaks Igbo fluently as much as he does speak Yoruba. He has learnt to strike a balance. He doesn't resort to abusing Yoruba people nor saying bad things about the Igbo People. This is what people should learn. If elected, you will lead over many tribes and languages and should not pitch tent with one over another. Tinubu is a yardstick in this. He's detribalised and refined.
