During the brutal and draconian regime of former Governor Adams Aliu Oshiomole, only 9 House of Assembly (HoA) members of Edo State House of Assembly (EDHA) were sitting and sitting was relocated to Govt House in Osadebe Avenue thereby denying other members of the house of representing the common interests of their own people who voted them in.

Honourable members were beaten ( one, into coma and rushed to the hospital) to stupor in their official quaters by sponsored thugs of the APC led Government as at then in Edo State.

Oshiomhole used his lions and tigers led by Tony Kabaka to harass traders and commercial drivers.

The same Oshiomhole who went about demolishing properties is today accusing Governor Obaseki of the same.
