I thought the whole thing is electronic but alas no way, u would have to count, and then snap d counted sheet then upload to inec server.

What of b4 counting or even after counting thugs come disrupt the exercise & tear d counted sheets. It means no paper would be admissible in court.

I thought u thumb print a paper version & a computer one which automatically registers at inec server, did not know we have to wait to count , snap and upload.
