Roboto11:Look at this chief urchin and mandate thieves regurgitating what their emptyhead Dele Alake told newsmen. olodo Section 60 of electoral act 2022... (4) The presiding officer shall count and announce the result at the polling unit. (5) The presiding officer shall transfer the results including total number of accredited voters and the results of the ballot in "a manner" as prescribed by the Commission. (6) A presiding officer who wilfully contravenes any provision of this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not more than N500,000 or imprisonment for a term of at least six months. The constitution did not say in "any" manner prescribed by the commission. It clearly says "a" manner. The manner or if you like, the set guidelines prescribed by INEC is to transmit the result electronically immediately after voting. It's clearly stated in the INEC guidelines. Even as criminally minded as Alake is I'm sure he understands this. Mandate thieves! Òkan yin óníbalè insha Allah! Olè niyin olè 126 Likes 21 Shares |

Another opportunity for INEC to select candidates, but they’re yet to recover from the deep blue sea they found themselves in. The eyes of the world will be on them this time. LP has changed the status quo. 39 Likes 7 Shares |

They know they are doomed Court knows and yakubu also knows but he chose to suit the predators by claiming that there’s a difference between “transmission and transfer”! And to further proof the election fraud, he said that it’s in the power of INEC to chose either to transmit or not and he knows that major part of their promise which is also contained in the electoral act is to transmit online. BVAS was introduced in order to transmit electronically but YAKUBU just did his worst so he should be ready to prove it in court 19 Likes 3 Shares |

The court at Ochanja or upper Iweka? The electoral law is clear enough It is the prerogative of INEC to transmit result electronically “Section 60, sub-section 2 of the Act Obi and Atiku should go and lobby for votes instead of waiting to hack into INEC sserver 14 Likes 4 Shares |

The way court directs INEC these days reminds me of one guy who is a correct thief suspect in our class back in the days. The teacher would always get at him at any slight suspicion. They said he stole somewhere, once anyone loses his or her bro, all eyes on him. It is only lack of trust that makes people go to court to obtain this kind of judgement. INEC presidential election conduct made it the biggest criminal organization in Nigeria at the moment. 10 Likes 4 Shares |
