Yes my stand as been about Lagos for example.

Lagos voted against it because FG will only pay to LG recognize by him and won't pay to LCDA

That's the problem that made LAGOS vote against it because he won't have say and can't force the LG chairman to pay LCDA.

Don't forget LG like alimosho has many CA under him, do you think he will distribute money to them. NO he will want to lord over them.

And you think the FG did wrong for not recognizing the 37 LCDAs created by Lagos state when the constitution also do not recognize them?

Imagine what other states would have done if the FG was paying all the 37 LCDAs differently.

I want full autonomy for the LGs.
Let LGs decide if they want to create LCDAs or not.
The state keeps using their allocations and they also decide who become who.

It's not helping development.
LGs always use the state as an excuse for not performing because the state keeps meddling into their affairs.

State already lord over LGs.
LGs should decide if they want LCDAs or not.
one LGs have autonomy, citizens within each LG can then hold them responsible for development or lack of it.
