What a shame. SERIOUSLY? IS THERE NOTHING APC WILL NOT DO TO INTIMIDATE VOTERS?- I don’t even know what to say. I thought this Oro or Ritual Thing is done at night and in secret? Is This what APC people have reduced themselves to for the sake of votes?
