You need to be looking for a good web designer (xHTML/CSS/Javascript) to compliment the work of your graphics designer. Your sites are done by a team of good graphic guys and poor designers. Look at this for instance: http://www.gulder-nigeria.com/ultimatepromo.html No professional web designer will let that page go online with a table formatting as such. Then, your sites have almost the same feel across them. . . no major creativity.
Get a good guy and you may eliminate the need for heavy flash.

@clem. i really would love to help. but i cant. i have taken too much bashing in NL. most times ppl ask for a review, all they want is praise, when you attack. defenses go up and insults flow from the mountain tops, usually ending with can i see your own website? no hard feelings.
