brotherly it's not about scam I'm seriously down that's why I even put it up here things have not been that smooth even if it's to call me on any licensing office if you want to help it's okay

You got to be explicit in your solicitation. Who are you? What can of license you want to renew? Attached the expired license! Where are you staying? Budget, How do someone reach out? Bank details, etc.
