Direct On PC Limited (DOPC) has launched it's most awaited 4G service branded as "Unwired" in Lagos. This is by far the fastest internet service available from any service provider. Minimum plan speed is 2mbps. Check the website www.unwired.com.ng for details and special promo pack they are offering,

Cheers !!!

Buy this modem at your own risk, have not enjoyed this service since the purchase last week monday, it keep rebooting itself and service keep fluctuating, the worse part is that the moment you buy the modem then nobody cares about you, i have spent over 2500 in airtime credit call their customer support for a period of 6 days, but they will never come to you or rectify the problem, i finally paid 30k for swift today because it is far more reliable no fluctuations or rebooting of modem, But if you feel like wasting or experimenting with 14,700 naira then Unwired 4g is the way to go.

Wow!
All Internet operators in Nigeria seem to be as epileptic, unreliable, and crazy!

Seems like none of them is worth wasting time on. I have modems for Starcomms, Multilinks, Reltel, etc. They all provide poor services.

I was recently considering Swift 4G, but most of the comments I have seen are all complaints from unsatisfied customers - https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-533241.256.html.

Now I traced DOPC, only to see a big negative comment!!

GSMs version are worst off!

I wish DSTv, MyTv or HiTv will give it a Go! Perhaps, theirs might be better!

No Govt regulatory agency seem to be bothered about the amount of money unsuspecting Nigerians lose thru the poor services from these supossedly internet servive providers.

I tire oh!

Cheers all!

elosok ask a questions and then answers the questions by himself ...how do we believe unwired 4g is reliable ? i am seeking a 4g connectivity... i have used swift4g and mobitel4g very fantastic but expensive ...30k per month is too expensive for unlimited plan for me for my cybercafe ..need suggestion from out here ...cheers...

nb starcomms izap for my cafe is what i use now at the moment .good for 8 pcs or less but disconnects at least 5 times in a day no too bad ..

Just my luck. It seems the service coverage is just outside my area in Abuja. I wish they would have continued on after Maitama. Will call them tomorrow to see what's up.
