Totally different from the one sent by legendhero, that only showed one of the alternatives.

PO is a father in court issues
Waste of time, the Appeals & Supreme Court is in Bola Tinubu & Apc’s pocket, Dead on Arrival.

It is that season in the existence of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for a Southern Muslim to rule Nigeria, & nothing can change that outcome.

With this petition, the case has ended even before it started.

On what ground would you say INEC should disqualify a candidate and not eligible to contest.

That INEC should disregard the vote of the 1st and 2nd respondent, and hence declare the 1st petitioner as the winner. Then what should Atiku that came 2nd with over 6.8m votes do?

I think some SANs need to think deeply before filing a petition because these are pre-election matters than is the responsibility of the party not the opposition.

Well, it would be interesting to see the outcome of the Tribunal but honestly I expected something solid from the Obi's legal team and not this joke.

You obviously haven't finished your Almajiri school.
So you didn't read where they insinuated that Obi won the election and got 25% from 2/3 of the state and Abuja?

That is exactly the basis that gives him a strong footing to seek being declared the winner of the february 2023 presidential election.

No, it's tactical, it doesn't have to make sense. Judgement can be given on technicalities (we have seen this countless times). Since it has to get to the supreme court, have as many grounds as possible. This is Nigeria.

PS: The point about who came second is a nullity because LP is contesting the whole votes allocation called collation. I believe they have evidence to prove they scored higher lawful votes.

A northern muslim is still the president, so the next dispensation should have a southern christian.

Point one thing that is different here.

It’s the same exact thing. What premium times just did is to summarize the legal terminologies into layman language.

Here we go again. Not dissecting the issues from emotions as always.

You should go and read the constitution and the electoral act very well and if you follow the elections in Nigeria very well you will have an understanding.

I asked on what ground would 1st respondent be disqualified if he was passed on by party as well as INEC. This has to be stated just like Oyetola is using to support his legal battle in Osun on the basis of forgery allegations on Adeleke.

And if Obi is claiming this then, what should an Atiku that got 25% in 21 states do?

You guys don't understand how elections work as you are headless mob and the reason that if this election is conducted a 100 times you will always loose.

Btw, the result showed that Obi won 25% in 16 states and it would be nice you show us the result of how he won 25% in 24 states.

You are the illiterate here bro. Not the guy you quoted.

The reason Obi insinuated that he won the election and got 25% was on the basis that he said “Tinubu was not qualified”. So he want the court to nullify all Tinubu votes in all states and then declare him winner because by then he would have 25% in 24states excluding Tinubu votes.

That can only happen if the court agree that Tinubu is indeed not qualified to contest.

Obi in this paper did not accuse INEC of rigging any votes and that showed that his lawyers know he has no case against rigging. He instead want Tinubu disqualified because he said he was not qualified.
