You will have to bring a copy of judgement documents of the competent jurisdiction that convicted tinubu of commiting such a offence.

3. You cannot stand trial for the same offense in two courts in different countries.

Tinubu himself said he was a security doorman in Chicago while he was a student at Chicago State University.
It is very likely that he had acquaintances that would have used his service. This was Chicago in the 70s and 80s!

He has been a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,
He has been Governor of Lagos state
He has been Freedom Fighter who fought the military to bring democracy to Nigeria

3. The Pandora paper which shows his tax evasion as a sitting governor hiding money in Panama

He didn't. He had investment company where several people invested their money. One of the people who invested money was a criminal and that particular money invested was forfeited. So Tinubu's crime wasn't because he was handling drug..

The issues are more than just Tinubu's eligibility. Read up all the grounds for the petition before you run away with one line. That PO said he'll challenge the process does mot preclude questioning a candidate's eligibility or otherwise.

It is also a flawed process that a candidate who might not be eligible to contest elections was allowed and it is INEC's responsibility to ensure that only qualified candidates are allowed to participate in elections.

Dey use your brain or you don't have one? Tinubu was running an investment company where several people invest their money to save for a period of time while generating interests. One of the people who saved his money was a criminal. Thus the particular money saved by the criminal was forfeited. It's like a Bank. The bank would only be asked to forfeit the money of the particular criminal who saved into the bank.
