"Early life and education Otti was born to the family of the late Pastor and Mrs. Lazarus Weze Otti at Umuru, Umuehim village in Ehi Na Uguru Ancient Kingdom, Isiala Ngwa South LGA of Abia State. He had his secondary school education at Ngwa High School, Aba and Secondary Technical School, Okpuala Ngwa in Abia State, where he finished as the best student in his set during the school certificate examinations. He thereafter proceeded to the University of Port Harcourt for his university education, where he graduated with a First Class honors degree in economics in 1988." plus he really brought Diamond bank to the fore...seems to have a kanck for excellence...Congrats to the people of Abia. Anambra Abia making good choices....Ebonyi Imo Enugu people should follow suit.....The whole of SE might just form a synergy create to an economic hub of sort..they have the manpower ...and i believe these 2 men can Soludo and Otti, if they do little politics and face governance proper, with their abilities can create something powerful for the region |

You must do these immediately; 1. Employ a strong auditing firm to trace Abia state money from 1999 till date. Uncover who took what and recover them all. 2. They may retaliate. Build a strong security network by selecting two strong men from each village in Abia. Train them, fortify then, equip them with body tracking cameras to know what they are doing all time. Don't trust the police and the army. When the security network is ready, order the police and the army back to their respective barracks. No more raod blocks and exploitation. 3. You must first build all the roads linking Abia with neighboring states whether federal or not. The bad conditions of those roads have crippled commerce in the state. Remember that Abia is a commercial state especially Aba. 4. Revisit the Abia master plan. All the recreation spots and government properties they have sold and converted to stores must be recovered and used for the purposes they were originally meant for. 6. Develop Abia. Do not disappoint. 7. Do not decamp to any other party. It is those with stolen mandates that decamp from one party to another to seek cover. The people are with you. Always identify with the people and their cause. Do not abandon them. 8. Destroy completely that their structure of criminality in Abia, never again should they come back. 9. Cultism has taken over Abia. Read a riot act to cultists. Anyone caught in the act should be dealt with decisively. Congratulations and Goodluck. 1 Like |

I don't care about his CV, Abia state is a debt ridden state, when he held sway in diamond, he had to resign voluntarily, diamond bank packed up because they were unable to restructure their foreign loans, how is he going to clear the backlogs of salaries and gratuities and the domestic and foreign debts in Abia states while simultaneously embarking on the much needed infrastructural projects? If he doesn't decamp to the ruling party to enable him get extra cash from the FG, his reign will be filled with excuses, I called it first, sit back and watch.. |

Congratulations to Abians finally the siege is broken.i was surprised Abians never condemned or castigate their leaders for good 24 years of bondage and evil.Abia state is the most badly governed state in Nigeria despite it's huge potentials. Congratulations to the REC too.Abians were more concerned about happenings in Lagos than good governance in their state. They never condemn or criticize their leaders and they use every opportunities to insult sanwolu and tinubu who are shining light in their region. quote author=Massiveglory post=121985609] A big congratulations to abians, labour party and Alex otti. 24 yrs of bondage is officially broken. But the STAR of the abia state elections is the REC of abia state. The woman vehemently refused to sell her conscience. She stood firm and refused every form of magic, inducement and pressure to manufacture or rewrite figures. Unlike the abacadabra we had in lagos with the lagos REC magician and staffs, manufacturing and altering figures .[/quote] |

nlfpmod: I wish him all the best and pray that he will allow God use him for the best interest of the Abians in particular and IGBOS in general. The best of governors that Abians have had, was Dr. Ognonnaya Onu. After him, others like Orji Uzor Kalu, were thieves and official armed robbers. He should not be like Soludo Charles. IGBOS had high hopes on him, believing that he will the shinning light of the change the IGBOS will have, but his style of government and out put within his time, has left so many of us in doubt as to when the expected savior in the SE will come. |
