What makes her a hero?
She only announced the result presented to her just like other profs in different States

Nope, PDP wanted to rig the election with the last LGA, they had manipulated the figure, she would have simply gone ahead and announced PDP the winner or order a rerun based on that last LGA that gave PDP much vote to suppass LP. But she refused and ensured that the LGA tendered result tallied with the records in the machine, this prevented the rigging. They wanted her to do the wrong thing and tell the LP to go to court but she refused.
This was what INEC chairman would have done as stipulated by the INEC Law

She rejected a $2m cash bribe. That's what really made her a hero

You don't get it. You need to see how everybody in Abia is rejoicing because of this.
That can only happen when the people's vote is counted and recorded.

When inec declared Tinubu winner in the middle of the night. Is there anything to show happiness? Apart from few people but if Peter Obi had been declared winner, it would have been compared to what happened in America when Obama won.

As at now the nation is in mourning because their choice wasn't declared.

To the topic: History would be kind to Prof. Mrs Otti.

That is how it should be in a democratic settings..

You get dragged for a stupid move, and equally get ecomiums for a bravery(Just) act.

Not some morons swallowing every shits and good thrown at them because the person involved is your tribes man/woman

She is a hero because she did the right thing. Her bravery and integrity is a worthy example for others to follow.

Every tribe has good examples of this and they should be celebrated.

Crooks, tyrants, drug barons , violent thug leaders and kleptomaniacs like Tinubu, Rochas, Nnamani should be outcasts in any society and not anywhere near its leadership.
