It all started longtime ago during the year 2013 (@14yrs) when I got to notice about masturbation from a close friend of mine. The first day I tried it I did not ejaculate, I cut stop when I was about to hit climax. That day passed time went on and I started getting into it using the toilet often. Men to summarize the whole story I never had it well cause at a point it became a thing of daily basis sometimes 2 to 3 times a day cause I was also deeply addicted to porn. It came to a point in my life when I could just masturbate anywhere I found myself even in an uncompleted building or in the bush. I lost total interest in girls which I will say was as a result of my inferiority complex I developed along the time. Time went on and on, I started becoming conscious of myself and the health implications of what I'm doing and that's where the battle began. There were countless number of times I told my self I'm quiting and even make prayers to God about it to help me quiting but it all failed cause my mind, consciousnes and subconsciousness has already been brainwashed by Pornography. Fast forward to this year. Making it 10 or 11 years of masturbating I would say God has been so wonderfully working. Tho I have masturbated several times this year. I would say the past weeks has been a different case. I made a decision to start workingout often like everyday and prioritize my hustle because I'm poor and these weeks I have seen significant changes gradually coming out from masturbating. I came to understand that though I still spend much time with my phone on the internet my attention has been chanelled to elsewhere than porn watching and doing all that shit.

During this 10 or 11 years of masturbating I have noticed two distribution problems that I would really need serious advise and help on. I found out that whenever I ejaculate the amount of semen are low in quantity and as well kinda watery and on the second note. I don't last up to even 2 minutes. 🤦 Yesterday I had sex with a new girl of mine and the story was usual. I know deep down she was disappointed 😔 but I kept mute because I know all what I've been through.

Elders and doctors in the house please advise me on how to go about my problems like this 2 problems mentioned above have been giving me lots of thought and worries about my future what should I do now and how do I start to go about in solving my problems?.
