The Lord GOD ALMIGHTY is the only Righteous, Holy  One - by, in and through Whom we can ever profess any righteousness; (forgiveness of sins, grace and salvation - Heb 9:22) – all because of HIS Self sacrifice,  that is, our Lord JESUS CHRIST, “The Almighty”- (Rev 1:7-8). HE is worthy to be praised!  YAHWEH Reigns!

Reconciliation & redemption back to GOD can never be through our own acts, whatever they are

If the Lord has saved us according to the good pleasure of HIS will, and great mercy, we are clothed in HIS great righteousness because of the sacrifice of our Lord JESUS CHRIST, and are saved and “free indeed.” (John 8:36)

“I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.” - Isa 61:10

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” - Isa 54:17

if i understand your point correctly, my response is simply this - The Lord JESUS CHRIST, The Almighty (Rev 1:7- IS GOD (John 1:1. John 1:14, Isaiah 9:6, );
WHO came to HIS world, this earth as a man, never ceasing to be GOD (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23, Hebrews 2:17, Colossians 2:8-10), to save HIS people from their sins-
(Matthew 1:21) 
IS The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8 ) ;
IS from everlasting past (before this world/earth was created by HIM) and has been since its creation, and will be, its only Savior (Isaiah 43:11, Hosea 13:4), only just revealed more to mankind in the new testament era increasingly, by the mercy of GOD. (1 Peter 1:19-21)

"But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting." - Micah 5:2 (compare again to Isaiah 9:6)

"Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad." - John 8:56
