Supreme Court Reaffirms Edozie Njoku As APGA National Chairman by Gucciblog: 12:09pm On Mar 24, 2023
The apex court made the pronouncement in a judgement on an application by Njoku, where he sought the regularisation of the amended judgment of Justice Mary Peter Odili delivered on May 9, 2022.

Njoku’s motion also followed a letter of the Supreme Court to him on January 19, 2023, wherein the apex court had addressed him as the national chairman of APGA and advised him to approach the court by way of a motion to correct the slip.

The accidental slip which was corrected by the Supreme Court has restored Njoku as the actual national chairman of the party that was wrongfully removed by a Jigawa High Court.

In a lead Judgment, Justice Garba Lawal held that it was Edozie Njoku that was wrongly removed at Jigawa without being joined as a party.

Justice Lawal Subsequently, stated that Njoku’s application was meritorious and consequently granted it as prayed.

Reacting to the judgement, Njoku appealed to the Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo to make himself available for a discussion on the way forward for the party.

He said he will also do everything possible to bring stability to the party.

See below as copied. That is the implication

Breaking!

By this judgement delivered today at the Supreme court in the matter between Ozo Victor Oye and Chief Edozie Njoku, where the Supreme court just deleted the name of Oye from the judgement of the Apex court delivered on October 14, 2021, the implications are;

1. All APGA Senator-elect, all APGA House of Reps-elect, all APGA House of Assembly-elect who were nominated by Ozo Victor Oye will forfeit their victory to those nominated by Chief Edozie Njoku.

2. Since this judgement takes effect from October 14, 2021, Prof Soludo may lose his governorship seat to the candidate of the Chief Edozie Njoku.

Victor Oye destroyed APGA in 2019 outings with greed that's why Edozie Njoku who actually was APGA's first vice national chairman with Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu as chairman in 2003 has to come and Rescue APGA because APGA was dieing as a result of greed and lack of selfless leadership, that's why Soludo was bold enough to attract opposition to APGA having pitched his real loyalty to APC..

These are the rightful owners of APGA including the Chekwas et all, Soludo should go and settle fast fast oh before matter go burst, shebi he thought he was full proof
