As the upcoming presidential election draws nearer, one name that keeps resurfacing is that of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Regrettably, this is not good news for Nigeria's democracy and economy, given Tinubu's corrupt reputation and drug trafficking history. The thought of him being elected as the president of Nigeria is nothing short of a nightmare.

Bọla Ahmed Tinubu's history of corruption is no secret. This has been widely reported by the media and verified by multiple sources. It's unfortunate that a man of his age and status would be involved in such abominable acts. The former governor of Lagos state has been tagged with several high profile corruption cases, including embezzlement of state funds, stealing public funds, granting fake contracts to his family and cronies, and tax evasion, to mention a few. These allegations are tantamount to his lack of integrity and disregard for good governance, a trait unfit for a presidential candidate.

Furthermore, Tinubu's alleged involvement in drug trafficking is another blot on his checkered reputation. Several reports accuse him of being a part of a drug cartel during his days in Chicago. This is a clear indication that he is not the right person to lead a country with such a population and diversity as Nigeria. It is pertinent that we ask ourselves if we want a former drug trafficker as our president, giving the current insecurity and drug abuse problem we are facing as a nation.

Another problem that comes with Tinubu's presidency is economic disaster. Tinubu has ridden to political stardom on the back of a political party that is known for corruption. The All Progressive Congress (APC) is littered with politicians who have been indicted for fraudulent practices. It is not wise to leave the economy of Nigeria, the lifeblood of all our citizens, in the hands of someone with a history of corruption and a political party that is infamous for corrupt practices. It's a recipe for disaster.

In conclusion, Bọla Ahmed Tinubu is a corrupt drug trafficker who should not be made the president of Nigeria. His history of corruption and association with a corrupt political party is a cause for concern. Electing him as President will lead to an economic disaster and stunt the growth and development of our nation. It's time we look towards a leader with a track record of good governance and integrity, not someone with a questionable past. The future of Nigeria depends on this.

Everyone knows this about Tinubu. It's just wicked people who don't like this country that are putting a blind eye.
