The distribution exercise, which is the second phase of the Hon.Emeka Chinedu's empowerment scheme for the year 2023, happened in his home town, Oboama Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA, to the astonishment of constituents, who in their hundreds got empowered as well as appreciated the man who, by default, is transmuting from "Mr. Project" to "Mr. Empowerment".

During the exercise, Hon. Emeka Chinedu, who is the only House of Representatives member with the record of attracting federal Government projects to all the 24 Wards of the federal Constituency within three years of representation, handed several empowerment items to his Constituency members - where a large number of them got brand new Motorbikes and Sewing Machines.

The federal Lawmaker, who had during the first phase of his 2023 empowerment on Tuesday, 21st of March, handed lots of relief materials and other necessities such as Motorbikes and Sienna Buses to Constituency members, told them that the gesture was in line with his promises of providing an improved living standard to the people. He also reiterated his resolve to focus more on empowerment as he journeys into second term in office, with a pledge to distribute more additional items to other constituents who are yet to benefit,
