hello everyone , please i am a coper and i wish to learn a tech skill before the end of my service year, i already have interest for azure and i have started learning on coursera but its difficult for me to create an azure free accout , it keeps saying the datails i have inputed does not match with my debit card. so please if there is any one who knows how i can do that i would apprciate. and i am already thinking of switching to aws. i want to learn cloud computing together with front end web development.

Am interested too but when creating an account do they have free version or access to start the course ..

Also is it only laptop someone can learn it ?
