You must be able to:


Efficeintly diagnose/identify the problem components


Rebuild/repair transmissions to manufacture specifications or better


Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs that include employees, other shop personnel and customers (as needed)

Stay current on technical information, procedures and techniques through formal training sessions as well as multiple technical service sites we utilize

Maintain an organized, neat and safe work area



Interview is hands-on and will require you to actively problem solve. We have all the latest equipment to make work easy!
