Proposal To Curb Illegal Killings, Robbery, Banditry And Corruption In Nigeria by Lukgaf(m): 9:49pm On Mar 28, 2023 |
There are two verses in Surah Al Maidah that could be used in Nigeria to curb corruption, robbery and banditry etc:
According to Surah Al-Māʾidah, verse 33, those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and spread corruption on earth deserve severe punishment such as being killed, crucified, having their hands and feet cut off, or being exiled. Similarly, verse 45 states that those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed are oppressors. In light of these verses, I propose that corrupt individuals, robbers, killers, and tyrants who cause harm to innocent people and destabilize societies should face strict penalties to deter such crimes. Justice must be served to maintain peace and protect the vulnerable. What do you think? |

To curb illegal killings and banditry in Nigeria, you'll need to remove some quran chapters and verses because many killings in Nigeria are associated with directives read in alquran 2 Likes |

Lukgaf: Bala Mubarak, an atheist was given 24 years imprisonment for blasphemy in Kano. Empiree and other extremist Nairaland islamists supported the sentence. Yet, a Muslim man, who defiled a 2 year old was given only 7 years imprisonment https://www.nairaland.com/7632001/man-sentenced-7-years-imprisonment Islam in Nigeria through sharia law is a failure in morality, decency and justice |

Lukgaf: Many people seem to think they can just see a problem and find a quick solution and it will be solved. But what they see are just surface problems, and there are deeper underlying problems aka the roots, these are what need to be addressed, if not, any form of implementation will at at do nothing, and at most lead to something worse, this is what happened in the case of issuing new naira note with the supposed intention of curbing corruption. Islam came to a people that were regarded as the worst of the worst, zina, killing, alcoholics, intertribal wars, infanticide, and many more. Yet what the islam start with? Laa ilaha illa lah. I won't go into this here, but the kalimah is in fact the root of all rectification, the least of which is that it will save someone from being eternally damned in the fire, if this is not addresses, then there will never be any concrete rectification. Was it not 1-2 generations ago and we heard nothing like killing kidnapping and the like, but without any firm root, evil spread and it became what it is, in fact, it is becoming worse........... And Allah is the source of help 1 Like |
