Job role: Legal Officer
Location: Okitipupa, Ondo State
Industry: Oil Palm
Salary: N150,000 and other benefits
Experience: 3 years’ and above experience

Requirements:

• A graduate degree in law (minimum of second class lower)
• Member of the Nigerian Bar Association plus
• A minimum of 2 years post Call experience.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commitment and enthusiasm in the delivery of the organization’s objectives.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Good understanding of general and specific Company and commercial law.
• Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation.
• Excellent Organizational, time management and multitasking Skills
• Ability to work and deliver under pressure with Good Listening skills and attention to details.
• Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
