Rivers Governor-elect, Sim Joseph Fubara, has lauded the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC) for conducting a peaceful, free and fair election.

He added that, the 2023 election is the best that INEC has performed so far through the introduction of the BVAS.

The governor-elect also extends olive branch to opposition members, calls on them to join hands so as to make Rivers State a better place.
