Ahead of the governorship primary of the Peoples Democratic Party in Imo state on April 15, the national secretary of the party, Samuel Anyanwu, popularly known as Samdaddy is set to emerge the governorship candidate of the party, unopposed.

This development followed the withdrawal of Emeka Ihedioha from the race on Tuesday.

With the development, Samdaddy has no contender in the race.


He is now the only governorship aspirant of the party in the state.

A source in the party said” it is now very clear. Samdaddy is now the only governorship aspirant in the party. Ihedioha has withdrawn from the race. With the closure of the sale of forms, certainly Samdaddy will emerge, unopposed.”

I don't think Martin Agbaso can stand Ihedioha if the latter decides to join Labour Party.

Looking at the big picture, Ihedioha should join Labour Party so he can face the Supreme Court governor.

Agbaso cannot challenge the Supreme Court governor because dude is a rigging animal who controls the resources and instruments of the state.

At this time, I think Ihedioha is the only Imo politician who has the wherewithal to stop the Supreme Court governor. That man must be stopped using any means necessary.
