We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: E-commerce Telemarketer (Merchant Outreach Representative) Location: Remote Salary : 50,000 - 100,000 Job description: 1. Cold call merchants using a given phone directory to introduce our online marketplace platform. 2. Answer incoming calls from prospective merchants. 3. Use scripts to provide information about platform features, commission and present their benefits 4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the merchant’s requirements 5. Persuade the merchant to register by demonstrating how the platform or services meet their needs 6. Record the merchant’s information accurately in a Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information Requirements: Candidates must possess HND or B.SC qualification 1. Native English Speaker 2. With experience of e-commerce or telemarketing 3. Good communication and selling skills with experience in lead generating and nurturing 4.
