When one man tries to bury self, one of the hands will surely remain at the surface of the grave. The manipulation was not perfectly carried out. The stolen mandate must be retrieved and restored to the rightful owner.

Third shall never become first. On Bola Tinubu’s mandate we stand. We won’t allow Peter Obi to steal what doesn’t belong to him.

You are saying this because you are tribal.... And wants power to be in the west.

The claim by Bashir that in Anambra no single vote was meted for other parties ...

Yes, go to the south east and ask anybody if they voted for other parties. The Obidient movement is stronger in all region except in the North .

The NOrth sees everything as politics and they were refusing to join forces with the other region. Their youths always stay off sensible movement.

But in the nearest future, they will need other region support but will get none.

This election was all about Nigerians taking power from the politicians to an individual we can trust.

To mark or voice on this country that we are the original government and not the representatives!

The question is ..

Apc said they won election

Apc is under panic

Apc is all preemptively trying to influence the judgment and interpretation of a section of our law

Apc is pushing all fear monger .. just to quiet Nigerians

Already this matter is in court

Why can’t Apc be telling Nigerians how they will govern and packages they have for Nigerians

Why waking up everyday to gag the press
Why waking up everyday to instill fear of an unknown interim government when they’re in power

Why waking up everyday to mock and taunt same Nigerians that you are to govern and cause divisions

This is insecurity of the highest foolishness

Nigerians are not decieved .. we see through all impish behaviors

But we wait .. just for democracy

And the time must come .. when all this internet Apc noise will seize and reality take over

Na time

Asiwaju will return that document he thief ..

When did “as if it were” become “it is”?

“As if it were” is meant to indicate it is counter-factual. It could be interpreted as “though it is not”

This is just simple English na.

Example: treat a non oil producing state as if it were an oil producing state. Does that make the non oil producing state an oil producing state?

English is a must for any admission but in this case,25% in Abuja is not a must, the sectn 299 is clear enough....

Great. Getting 25% in Abuja is a must. Take time to read section 229 again and again but this time do it with an open mind and not as a source to support your argument then lay it side by side with 134(2)(b) You will understand better.

When it says in section 299 that FCT should be treated as if it is a state, it is saying that FCT should be allowed to exercise and enjoy executive, legislative and judicial powers by the President, National Assembly and the High Court of the FCT, on behalf of the FCT.

If you go back to 1979, you will see that the FCT was not given a special recognition, it was completely silent on getting 25% votes hence the need for amendment in 1999.

Let us not because of our own personal interest introduce what will come back to hurt us all.

Lol I've talked about it before leaving them to their delusions.

In Tinubu's agbado media lexicon, "As if it were" is the same as "it is".

As far as they are concerned, the people that drafted it did not have sense and don't understand English so they need to help them rewrite it properly.

This is just refining ABUJA as FCT BELONGING TO 36 CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITIES.
ANY QUALIFYING CERTIFICATE IS OWNED EQUALLY BY 36 CONSTITUTIONAL STATES.
IN OTHER WORDS, ONLY A VOTE THAT IS LESS THAN ABUJA VOTES OVER 36×4, THAT'S VOTES/144 CAN DISQUALIFY A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE WITH OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF VOTES.

Let's even for the sake of argument say that the constitution recognise FCT as a state , the AND on it's own is a conjunction. It says whatever else you might have achieved in the election you MUST obtain 25% vote cast in FCT. Whether FCT is a state or Capital Territory is, for the purpose of the conjunctive clause, immaterial.

I see no way out for Tinubu in the case, unless there is a miscarriage of justice.

At the bolded, It's talking about the section 299 of the constitution exclusively.

So it's limited to the a, b, and c of the section 299, and has nothing to do with section 133 of the Constitution.

Tinubu's declaration as the president elect is illegitimate and a violation of both our constitution and Democracy.

So OP, How did you arrive at Abuja is confirmed as a 37th state?
