It is too late. By the time Tinubu is done, no region would be desperate to host the Presidency.

This is because the system in place would have made the President's office almost ceremonial since success would know come from the effort autonomous regions make rather than what obtained before where every thing was tied to the performance or failure of the centre and one man.
