Job Summary
1. To monitor actual sales against budget and ensure that retail outlets have the re-quired resources to meet these targets.
2. To contribute to maintaining a positive brand image for Rainoil by ensuring service delivery at all stations comply with defined group standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Drive implementation of sales budget within retail outlet
2. Verifies all stations requests in line with approved budget and controls.
3. Provides direct oversight to station managers, guidance on service, performance, operational standards, and requirements.
4. Monitors and evaluates station operational and marketing results and develops in-terventions to promote business development and growth.
5. Reports to the Head, Rainoil Sales & Marketing on overall and agreed station per-formance metrics.
6. Provides various resources as required by the stations to ensure staff are produc-tively engaged.
7. Maintains excellent standards in all retail activity, driving sales and profitability through the effective implementation of budget.
8. Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
9. Identifies opportunities and drives initiatives to expand the revenue drivers at sta-tions.
10. Implements measures to effectively track and address customer feedback and complaints.
11. Monitors retail stations’ inventory reports to ensure products are always available at outlet.
Requirements
1. A minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
2. Minimum of 0-2 years’ relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
