Maybe they have been having issues in their relationship.

He proposed to her and she rejected because she believes she has enjoyed enough of his money or maybe she wants to start afresh with a new man or she just believes the marriage with the man will not be appropriate because of what she perceives.


He went to her house and abducted her or she went to his house.

He beat her up and naked her.

She went to the women's affairs or police station and lied that she never knew the man before yet the man proposed to her and she rejected him. She made it appears as if an unknown man proposed to her and she rejected him and he bundled her to his house and assaulted her.

Women affairs/the police believes her because everyone believes a woman cannot lie and that women are always victims.


The man cannot say exactly how everything happened because in the face of women accusations (even though the accusations are false), most men always develop inability to defend themselves.

There is something in men that seems to block their minds and mouths in the face of women accusations. It's something that most men can relate to.


So everyone is condemning the man. But even if the man manage to defend himself, no one believes him because a woman is always right in the eyes of the society.


That's why if you are a female and you have no money, you can just walk into a police station and accuse someone and he would be immediately thrown into cell.

But if you are a man and you want someone thrown into cell, you need to get some money.

That's why police in Nigeria needs to be well trained on fairness.

That's why men need an association to take care of this unfairness.
