How does one make crunchy plantain chips using ripe plantain please?

Ripe plantain? Is it possible? Idk tho buh i think e no go dey crispy and crunchy.. For me, i use unripe ones for chips..

U'll can only make soft flappy chips just like mama Nkechi fine bobbies.

The essence of plantain chips is to be crunchy, and you get this via the type of plantains you use [firm, unripe plantains] and slicing them thin, so, using ripe plantains and expecting the same results won't work.
