We are currently recruiting for the role of *Investment Promoters.*

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities:
Identify, engage and bring in potential buyers into the sales office/boot. Tour
client directly and indirectly, i.e bring in interested prospect into the office
for more briefing and meetings that should lead to successful transaction.
• Escort the client out of the office/boot and get their feedback.
• Maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders by providing
support, information and guidance when necessary.
• Detailed client profiling to establish suitability and affordability.
• Thorough product package knowledge impact to prospect taking every detail
that enhances and steers interest.
• Submit activity report at the end of every shift.
• Source and log all client details.
• Follow up via emails and phone calls and occasionally or periodically schedule meeting meetings to keep up pursuit.
Bring up to speed to the clients with relevant travel arrangements and
packages that facilitates inspections and visits to the location of property.
• Ensure the growth of our client base by bringing at least one sale monthly
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction to promote loyalty and recurring
deals.
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism at all times with clients and
co-workers.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the
company’s services.
• Must always be prepared to go the extra mile in achieving the objective of
the company.

Academic Qualifications:
• A Minimum of B.Sc/ HND
