Condor wants to offer more flexibility to its customers. The airline may reconsider your ticket reservation even if you have purchased a non-refundable ticket. Tickets may be canceled within 24 hours of actual purchase, meaning travel to/from the United States only. You do not have to pay a cancellation fee for this. For example, if you booked your ticket at 7pm on Sunday, you can cancel your reservation until 7pm on Monday.

If the ticket is booked within 7 days of departure, cancellation is possible within 24 hours according to the ticket cancellation and refund conditions. Cancellation within 24 hours is free.

Condor Airlines Cancellation Policy says for canceled flight tickets, the airline will give an immediate refund to eligible passengers. It will be issued within 20 working days when your booking payment was made by check and 7 working days when booking payment was made by cash or credit card for the international flights.

Condor sells only electronic tickets, regardless if sold sales through www.condor.com, a travel agency, or the customer service hotline.
You can request for refund of all the electronic tickets by calling the reservation sales team. They are available 24/7.
