Hello guys, so my friend who had access to my crypto wallet took my money worth $3000, i have gone to the police but due the legal framework around crypto in Nigeria. They are stalling to issue an arrest warrant.

I have his pictures, numbers, names and i know he lives somewhere in Benin, are there any private investigators in Nigeria to help me track him down? Or do they only exist in Nollywood movies?
