I was defrauded of N20000 by a customer who received cash but refused to send the transfer after giving me his number(09013773070) truecaller revealed he is a scammer and I want him to get arrested.
The incident happened in Obada-oko, ewekoro LGA ogun state.

It's difficult to personally track this type of people without the help of the service provider, through the police. Reason is, they don't answer unknown calls due to the nature of their life.
But you can try using a lady. Just give it like some weeks, then use a lady to woo him to you. If na girl, use money.
