Before the development of dementia they will experience milder cognitive changes called mild cognitive impairment.
Assuming a President who leads a country of over 200 million people can't even remember the name of his wife then how will he steer the affairs of the nation Will the one be frequently be at the hospital or respite overseas ?? Just thinking out loud.
