This is a leading question!

OP, what makes you think there'll still be a 'one Nigeria' if ANY region/ethnicity (not just Biafra) manages to escape from its clutches!? For instance, assuming a Oduduwa or Niger-Delta country emerges, does anyone really think Ndigbo will remain behind to continue 'one Nigeria' with the Fulani!? The hegemony holding Nigeria down with their greed, bigotry and hatred for certain groups, are aware of this and this is why they don't want ANY secessionist group (not just IPOB) to gain traction....and why they hate/fear Mazi Kanu as a consequence!

For me and my fellow igbos, we are after Biafra Referendum and nothing concerned me with the Nigeria State.
