The CBN Governor must be an astute banker and still active in the finance sector not an individual who has left banking to pursue other personal goals coming back after a long spell on recommendation.”

They are referring to Sanusi... grin

As it should be.

The Core North know who they voted for.

Let the Elections be conducted 1000 times, Tinubu will still come First, Atiku second and Obi Third. This time Obi will come very distant third.

We the knowledgeable ones predicted it in this order long before the Election and it turned out as we predicted.

Yet, some Clueless Unintelligent Chestbeaters are claiming their mandate was stolen. Being an Obedient as a way of taking people's sense of reasoning right.

I have nothing to add to your post.

Sorry for you, recover which stolen mandate, who stole the mandate from INEC?

INEC should come to The Supreme Court of Nigeria & testify that APC & Tinubu stole something from them?

Very hard to believe that people can be this naive politically

It’s so unfortunate that some people think the struggle for a new Nigeria is about the Igbos.

What many of you failed to understand is that Obident movement is above religion, tribe, ethnicity and geographical location.

It’s a movement of people that want a better Nigeria that is POssible.

This time we want someone that has all the qualities of a good leader. It’s not about tribe or religion as usual.

If you're a Yoruba man and your only reason for supporting Tinubu is because is he a Yoruba man, I have 2 things to tell you.

1. You're the enemy of this Nigeria.
2. If you don't hustle, you no go see food chop.

We know what is slogan and what is fact on ground. We can’t be deceived by the empty sloganeering of better Nigeria, the true EluuP is a tribal and religious set up.

The mockery we will give the "NDI Tinubu will never rule Nigeria " on May 29 ehn 😆

I have saved the video of pastor Paul enenche where he said if Tinubu is not the will of GOD and PEOPLE, he will never ascend the throne!

I have also saved pastor FEYI who claimed Tinubu would be arrested on the day of inauguration ceremony too

The highlighted is neither here nor there, as he said 'IF' Tinubu is not the will of God and people.
The will of God may have gone either way, but it seems to have gone in favour of Tinubu.
Also, Tinubu does have a large number of supporters aka people. He was elected under the largest political party in Nigeria for now, spread across all parts of the country.
Of course other political parties didn't support him, as they all had their own candidates, so it's impossible for any candidate to be the will of ALL the people
My point is, that statement can be spinned in anyway irregardless of how the election turned out- whether Tinubu won or lost.

Defend against what exactly? Why the tension? Election has come and gone. A winner has been announced, and aggrieved parties have gone to court. Hold your peace and Let the court decide. What is the noise about?
Even free and fair elections are taken to the courts.

Lol
I'm just saying the "if" in his statement (at least in the one you put up there) already gives a leeway to spin the narrative that Tinubu is the will of God.
Religious leaders should stop interfering in politics, at least publicly.
If they want to do so, they should say it's a personal opinion/belief and stop using God in their biased opinions.
Their members all belong to different political groups and affiliates, regardless of the religion.
Everyone is praying to God that their own candidate wins, so who will God answer bayi cheesy

People have several reasons for voting their preferred candidates and voting my preferred candidates should not be anyone's problem. However, some people might be benefitting directly or indirectly from their preferred candidates. More so, not everyone will benefit from a particular government but atleast let majority enjoys the government.
In terms of government and leadership skills using the past history of both Obi and Tinubu...who do you think performs well?
