Below is the part of the preliminary objection filed by APC to the tribunal concerning the issue of Tinubu's alleged conviction and forfeiture raised in LP's petition:

On the issue of alleged conviction and forfeiture involving the President-elect, the APC said, β€œfacts pleaded in paragraphs 28-32 of the petition alleging conviction of the 2nd respondent in 19993 is not pleadable as fact to support grounds of disqualification of the 2nd respondent.

They would have cited a judgment delivered in Tinubu's favor instead of bought and paid postponed protracted court case.

Druggie is in for it. He must personally show up to discuss this matter that he has managed to suppress since 1999.

PODATTI has finally brought it to the world stage. Druggie must show up to testify.

Every major global media platform must publish Tinubu drug case as the day of inauguration draws closer.

The world must see the hypocrisy of the Buhari led APC administration. You cannot force a drug Baron down our throats or bring him through the back door.

If Tinubu must be the president let him win the election free and fair.

For diplomatic reasons and concern the drug case should be pushed globally. He avoided interviews prior to the election and he wants to be the president without first answering questions bothering on the minds of people he wants to lead. Oya, bring it on all of us go drag ourselves for potopoto!

It is no point wasting time and resources on it yet. The case may already be thrown out once it is proven clearly that Mr Obi was not a LP member and lacks locus standi

No tribunal would try such. APC must defend themselves in court

The tribunal will decide on it. For now, it is academic and time wasting putting it forward. These are highly experienced lawyers.

This our IPOB terrorist and their self deceit πŸ˜€πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

Everything will die a natural death once Asiwaju is sworn in. I want to see how IPOB militants will attack Aso Villa with their stick just as Ojukwu did πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

We are going to finish them once and for all this time around 🀣🀣

Why not write to FIFA and UEFA πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

If you like go an pay CNN and BBC to broadcast another documentary of Tinubu

If you like go China and Russia or USA to publish it for you

The world see what Taliban did in Iraq and the world move on

US or UK no get power to unseat Asiwaju as our president πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

Carry your religious war leader to IPOB republic as your president πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ€£

Fantastic submission from Lateef Fagbemi, a brilliant lawyer per excellence, attacking Obi from the front, by the time Wole Olaonipekun comes in from behind, Obi would be rushed on an emergency ambulance. The court would fine Obi about #50billion for time wasting and abuse of court process.
